If you’re looking for some fun activities to take part in this month, we’ve got you covered with some of our top picks.
Happening at the Gallery
We are hitting the midway point for our 2019 Summer Show. If you’re downtown for any of these incredible events and haven’t seen it yet, make sure to stop by the Bethlehem House Gallery to enjoy our Five-Year Anniversary show in our unique home setting.
Other events in the Bethlehem Area
With the start of August came the return of the nation’s largest non-gated, free music festival. If you weren’t aware of one of Bethlehem’s best events of the Summer, Musikfest ran last week from August 2 – August 11. With no shortage of things to do, families and individuals of all ages were able to enjoy things like:
- Headlining musical acts from Weezer, Brad Paisley, Incubus, and more.
- A variety of food stands and venues to satisfy any set of taste buds.
- Various art activities for kids and families, as well as other activities and areas such as axe throwing and the Musikfest Sculpture Garden
- Getting their hands on this year’s Musikfest Mug, which has become a collectible tradition for many who attend. This year’s artwork was created by Jessica Bastidas, a featured artist of the 2019 Summer Show!
The Bethlehem House Gallery was open every day to welcome those who stopped on in while walking around Main Street.
Unable to make it to the gallery last week? We have exclusive Bethlehem-themed window ornaments available for purchase in store, created by our very own Ward Van Haute. Get your hands on one while they last!
Head over to Hotel Bethlehem, recently voted #3 on USA Today’s Best Historic Hotels, on Tuesday, August 20 from 6 PM – 8 PM to enjoy their summer wine class series!
